All Sales Are Final

Because Service Biz Starter sells digital downloadable products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access to the download has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that cannot be "returned" once delivered.
• You have reviewed the product description, table of contents, and any preview materials provided prior to purchase.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction with the content's applicability to your specific situation.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following limited circumstances:

• Failed or corrupted download: If your file fails to download or the file is corrupted/unreadable, contact us and we will provide a replacement download link at no charge.
• Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product in the same transaction, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
• Unauthorized transaction: If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently on your payment method, contact us immediately.

Chargebacks
