Service Biz Starter sells digital downloadable products only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping is involved in any purchase made through this Site.

How You Receive Your Purchase

Upon successful completion of your order:

1. You will receive an instant download link for your purchased guide(s), delivered via email and/or made available directly on the order confirmation page.
2. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your confirmation email, which will contain your download instructions.
3. If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please contact us at [contact@servicebizstarter.com] and we will resend it.

Access to Your Files

• Guides are delivered in PDF format.
• You may be given a limited number of download attempts or a limited download window, depending on our delivery provider's settings. If you lose access to your file, contact us and we'll help you regain access.
• We recommend saving a copy of your purchased guide(s) to a personal device or cloud storage upon download.

No Shipping Fees or Delivery Times

Because there is no physical shipment, there are no shipping fees, shipping addresses required, or delivery wait times — your purchase is available immediately after checkout.
